Mike always does an excellent job, has a great personality and is lightening fast! For your next haircut, make sure to schedule an appointment with him, you won't be disappointed.
If you're looking for a great, real barbershop haircut, this is the place to go. I told him what I wanted (tapered all the way around, cut to last about a month, thinned out on top and sides, trim all the hair in and around my ears (as I aged, hairs started to grow out of everywhere), trim my mustache, etc.), and HE DID IT! Until I met Mike, I haven't been able to find a great barber not that far from my home in Bellevue. I scheduled an appointment with him by phone, and when I arrived, he was ready to start cutting my hair at exactly my appointment time. Here's a few other things I like about Ralston Barbershop: - no annoying text, email or phone reminders of my upcoming appointment (one place that I USED TO GO TO does this). - no squeezing in someone (like a friend) ahead of me, causing my appointment to be delayed (like two other places did once to me, causing me to never go to these places ever again). - a REAL barber haircut. - was actually there when I arrived (one place I WAS going to was locked up tight the day and time I arrived for my appointment; last time for me at this barber). I know they didn't go out of business. A phone call cancelling/rescheduling my appointment would have been nice. - the ability to make an appointment (several barbers I've been to don't take appointments (first come first serve), sometimes resulting in up to a 2 hour wait). - Mike is both friendly and courteous. I will DEFINITELY go back to Ralston Barbershop for my future haircuts. I intend to become a regular.
