My furnace stopped working before I was going to bed. I called them and had a technician named Jeremiah come out in less than an hour (it was 11 P.M.). He was super nice and knowledgeable. The price was fair and everything was resolved in less than two hours of me finding out my furnace wasn't working.

After seeing the O'Flaherty Services ad about free second opinions on TV, I called to have a Tech. check out an issue on a new HVAC that was installed by another company. The receptionist, Betty, was wonderful to talk with. After telling her the issue I had, she had Technician Alfredo stop by that same day. Alfredo was professional, knowledgable, and took time to investigate the issue. No sales pitch, just honest options. I learned more from Alfredo than from the original company that installed the HVAC system. There are good and bad HVAC companies out there, this is one of the good ones.
