My best friend Lucy at the age 13yrs and 10 months was the best doxin who saw me through so much . I heard about the Doctor and staff and chose them to guide my Lucy across rainbow bridge. I would give them a thousand stars if I could . This place is the best they care , they love about animals and I'm so happy my Lucy was treated so well and I also. I will forever miss Lucy ?
Dr Wise and assistant treated dog Jasper for routine vaccinations and general checkup. We were seen on time. The administrative staff was professional, courteous, and top shelf all-around. Facility, while not new, is clean and well-maintained. There are reasonable protocols in place for keeping animals separated. The exam room was spotless. Accommodations were offered for my comfort regarding treating Jasper in my presence or privately. No hard sell for unnecessary treatments. My visit today inspired great confidence for future visits to the clinic. The price for service was reasonable. Dr Wise is new to the clinic. I brought my cat into the Plattsmouth Animal Hospital with a severe heart murmur. Other vets that I have taken her to didn’t take the time to answer all of my questions and run me through my options. However Dr. Robin was willing to give me peace of mind that although there were risks she was confident that she could spay her safely AND DID! There were so many risks to this procedure and so many things that could’ve gone wrong. The reason she survived was Dr. Robin’s insane skills and ability to preform the procedure fast enough to reduce risk! She’s amazing!!
