I cannot thank Dr. Doris Starks, Dr. Elaine Starks and team enough for the amazing service and excellent care of our girl. It is so comforting to know when scary things happing to our pets there are people willing to go above and beyond to help. Back home and resting after a long weekend at the emergency vet. Thank you for taking such excellent care of our girl Athena.
Went in a few hours ago thinking my cats leg was broken. They took a look at it and said she was perfectly fine and explained what I was seeing. They didn’t charge me with the 150 dollar emergency fee because nothing was wrong. Super sweet staff. Thank you for consoling me!
Our diabetic Siamese cat stopped eating and drinking so we took her to Urgent Pet Care. We are very satisfied with the care that she received. Everything was explained very well and what to expect in her home care. Having a sick pet is very stressful but they helped us understand just how sick she was. We highly recommend Urgent Pet Care for emergency care.
