They are patient, compassionate and very easy to work with. They ensure every wish is met and follow-up weeks after too. All arrangements from visitation to military funeral are perfect. The staff, such as Amanda, are described as wonderful, thoughtful, and considerate in responding to multiple questions. Their professionalism is only surpassed by their sincere compassion. Clients feel they are treated with the utmost compassion and respect, and never feel rushed or pressured to make decisions. The process of making arrangements is described as great, easy, and requiring little from the client. Overall, Kahler-Dolce Mortuary is highly recommended for their exceptional service and support during a difficult time.
I have been to several.services at this Mortuary. They are always so kind and respectful. I used them recently and received nothing but kindness and great service. I have only kind words for them and personally think they are the very best!!!
Capable, responsive, empathetic and caring staff who won't try to pressure you in to anything which is so helpful given one is usually at their most vunerable when in to make funeral arrangements. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
Staff are wonderful and so caring. They were compassionate and very informative. They cared for our loved one as if they were their own. I would highly recommended to anyone looking for services.
