After 12 years of loyal service prices tend to rise, customer service lacks, and the small guy becomes the big guy. Well not with Xtreme Heating and Cooling. Nate came out today to replace the thermostat. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clean. Thank you for putting us at ease and with fair member pricing. We shall be customers for life.
I had my new central air/furnace installed yesterday. The 3 men Ely, Blake, and Chris were absolutely amazing ! ! Very personable, knowledgeable, and quick. They walked me through it and answered all of my questions and were so patient. Even my dogs liked them. I highly recommend that if you ever need help with your units or a new one installed that you give them a call. Thank you. . .

Techs showed up within given time frame window. They examined my air conditioning system inside and outside. Once the problem was determined, I got a very thorough explanation and choices to solve the problem were given. I had ample opportunity to ask questions to choose which option was right for me. They had all the parts and fixed the problem getting my house right back to cool quickly!
