Got red flagged by the city inspector, fixed it enough to barely pass and looks terrible. Gutters don’t drain right, and heard the owner outside my house state that their job is to make the insurance company happy, not the customer.
They have not done this since 1990, most of the good reviews were from before the company was bought out around 2016

Love our roof company up by Springfield mo, stole my $11,700 dollars, the only thing done was the inspection bye Tom Rogers, stayed in contact tell they got the cash, never once contacted by owners of company, company excuse for putting job off tell company closing, they were waiting on a back order for a sun roof, it’s been about two years sinceService: Roof inspection
