Although I hated waiting for my door to be installed; the installation guy showed up before the service window started! Usually I’m still waiting at the 11th hour. This guy showed up before scheduled and finished the installation in 1/2 hour. There he gave me a complete tutorial on how the door works, locks, window adjusting… I told him I didn’t know whether to hate him (as I stood there in my robe) or hug him for just getting it done! I highly recommend these guys!
From beginning to end the sales associate was professional and knowledgeable on the product. The product arrived earlier than expected and the job started earlier than expected. The installation crew were very professional and thorough in the job they did. The entire process was effortless and extremely well done. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
Our outside door had been slamming hard shut. Window World had called back for an appointment, but unfortunately, it was when we’d be out of town. They told us, no worries, they would take care of us. When we arrived home, our door was fixed. It no longer slams. It was so nice to get this taken care of instead of putting it off until we were able to be there. Thank you Window World for your services!!!! Ryan did an amazing job!!
