This is the worst company to get your car loan through.We called for deferred payment due to unexpected expenses, before due date to get ahead of it. We were not ‘qualified’ because our account wasn’t delinquent, which is a GOOD THING. So the rep advised he would send a request up for an extension request for a $50 FEE.EXPLAIN WHERE THIS MAKES SENSE ??My account has always been in good standing.Why would you advise people to go 2 months behind to be prioritized for an extension?? That would RUIN my credit && look terrible on payment history.
