I not only have noticed the many benefits of Cryotherapy, the personnel have been great!! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional!Below is a picture of me enjoying the sauna.

Wonderful first experience! I received a voucher from a friend as a Christmas present and I could not be happier with the outcome! I never thought I’d say sweating makes me happy but I found myself smiling at the whole experience. Looking forward to my next visit. :)

This place is phenomenal! So many options for treatments from the elite athlete to the tired mom carting said elite athlete around. Matt is helpful and informative. The space is relaxing and clean.Our Millard South wrestlers enjoyed getting treatments before State.
