i don’t really get all the hate at all. i had a really good experience at warby parker. the staff was friendly and chill, not pushy or hoverin, which i appreciated. they were there when i had questions but didn’t make it weird or stressful.
the best part was being able to look at the glasses on my own and take my time tryin them on. no rush, no pressure, just browsing and figuring out what i liked. everyone i talked to was nice and helpful and seemed to actually care. overall it was a solid experience and i’d def go back.
The Village Pointe Warby Parker in Omaha was great. Very helpful in helping me pick out frames. They were patient and offered advice on what would best for my face. Will definitely be back!
