Took them 6 weeks to get my safety glasses done. Then they just sent them to my work place without fitting them on my face. I guess I can go to my regular optician and have them adjusted the right way. Communication wasn't very good either as I had no idea what was going on with my safety glasses or that they were just sending to my workplace. The employees were friendly but other then that not that impressed with this place.
I had an appointment to pick out safety glasses, but had forgotten my prescription. Sophie had an immediate, and simple solution that prevented me from having to reschedule, saving me a ton of time and headache. Thank you again Sophie! Much impressed!
