I lost all of my contacts so that every text had a phone number and not a name. I called and got a technician immediately. Kevin Howard was knowledgable, patient and resourceful. It took a while to figure out what was wrong, based on how our office is configured -- but he did it. And my problem was fixed faster than I expected. I highly recommend Virtual IT. They are great.
