As a Property Manager of a 10,000 sf building in the Altech Business Park, I've utilized weekly cleaning services from Vanguard. I built the building in 2016, sold it July 2026, used Vanguard for more than 10+ years for my tenants. Very happy with their services and responsive to specific needs that have come up from time to time. I highly recommend the Vanguard team, very reasonably priced cleaning services.

We changed to Vanguard at All Saints Episcopal Church about a year ago. The change in the level of the work product was amazing. Mayte and her crew take pride in their work. It is evident to staff and parishioners who have come to me to tell me how much they appreciate the change.
The entire company adapts quickly if we have to change schedules or add some cleaning for an event. I would recommend Vanguard to anyone looking for great work at a fair price.
