I recently received a massage at VALO Wellness Spa that was a gift from a family member. It was my first time at this spa but I will be going back. It was a nice place that offers many services. It was pricier than I would have liked, but as stated above, this was a gift so I didn’t have to pay anything this time. I would go back but would have to save up a bit to do so. My therapist was great though and worked with me to help me with some stretches I can do to keep some areas from being so tight or problematic and painful.

Had an amazing facial experience at Valo. The location is handy inside Regency Mall and the facilities are modern, clean, and what you'd hope for at a spa! My facial was extremely relaxing and I walked away feeling refreshed - will be back again!

Amazing is an understatement!!! Sometimes you can’t trust reviews left for business, but I can tell you all of the positive reviews are absolutely true and it is worth every penny (although it’s not that expensive!) I walked in with the attention of just having one service and before I left I added more services AND even walked out with a monthly membership. I can’t believe a place like this exists in Omaha and I haven’t heard of it until now?! From the warm welcome at the front desk, to the fireplace lounge, to the wellness playground, to the tea they have hand selected for you, this place is an absolute dream.
