All of the staff and doctors were so caring and helpful. The vet tech that explained costs was very thorough and set my mind at ease with her demeanor What I appreciated most is the compassion show for my pet and myself.
The staff was diligent and kind! They took the time to explain my options with my puppy, Vee. We ultimately admitted her to the pup ICU and are glad we did! Without their experience she would not be here today! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I was very happy with the care. Firstly, when I called I was given an estimate with a cost range (I of course understood it would all depend on the exam and what the vet recommended) and it was within that range. Other places I called wouldn't even attempt to give an estimate. Everyone actually listened to what we said and clearly cared about my dog's health. I also appreciated the follow up text. What I appreciated most is quality, cost, and the value of the care.
