One of my favorite rental companies to work with in Omaha. So easy to communicate with before, during, and after. One little snafu of missing the top of a high top table, but they let me know and it wasn't that big of a deal. I will book with them again for sure.
We used United Rent-All for our wedding rentals, including our plates, silverware, cups, napkins, and a plate warmer. Overall, everything was great and the rental items were exactly what we needed for our big day.
The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because no one mentioned that the plate warmer was too large to transport in a pickup truck. We found this out at the last minute and had to scramble to rent a truck from Home Depot the day before our wedding so we could pick it up. It was an unnecessary stressor during an already busy week and something that would have been helpful to know when we reserved it.

For my son’s rehearsal dinner on Friday, May 29, we chose an Italian theme and rented red-and-white checked napkins from United Rentals. They were exactly what we were looking for and fit the theme perfectly, adding a special touch to the event.
United Rent-All was incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. From placing the order to the pickup and drop-off, everything was simple, efficient, and hassle-free. Their staff was helpful, professional, and made the rental experience seamless.
