Antoinette w & Kristine M are the 2 most ghetto ,unprofessional people I have yet to come along. The disrespect , gaslighting , narcissistic behavior is all uncalled for. But this is all just my opinion!!!! almost worth leaving
This company is installing the fiber cabling under my yard on behalf of a new local ISP. The install is scheduled for the 10th but they've already been to my house THREE different times (unannounced!) since I first requested the fiber service a few days ago. Nobody has called or explained anything to me, two people showed up to inspect the cable install before it was even started. (I only know this because I asked, they did not say why they were here only that they wanted permission into my backyard) Later that same day a different crew showed up and just started digging up my yard. I have worked 3 months for Ubiquity and my manager and trainer have been very helpful during the training process. Also team leader really goes out of her way to assist my team to make sure we represent our client in the best way possible. The HR lady Lynn is always responsive to me and I appreciate it.
