I called this company to sweep my chimney since it hadn't been done in at least 20 years. They were one of very few companies to call me back when I requested a bid. Likewise when they came and found that my chimney actually didn't require a sweep, they had enough integrity to say so and not even charge me a trip fee. I might suggest they clean out voicemail on their office phone, since it was full and I suspect that was probably the cause of them not having my contact information at hand to inform me they would be late to the appointment due to unforseen circumstances. Outside of those details, they are a very good company.

Steven and his team are awesome and true professionals that fixed the fireplace in my home that was previously out of code and unsafe to use. With the clearance issues around my firebox I chose to have the Ahren-Fire fireplace system to rectify those problems while also maintaining the original look of my fireplace and mantel. Steven is meticulous and does the job the right way. We love our new fireplace!!

Top Hat was here fast and using blankets vacuum chimney brush rods and drill to work his way up the chimney and down till it was clean. The vacuum sucked the dust up the house stayed clean. Thanks to Top Hat.
