The hair cut was beautiful. If you are just going in for the style, this is a great spot. The problem that she lost stars for was I explicitly said 1) I was keeping my hair long to donate it, 2) I only need to clean up the ends because they were splitting, and 3) I needed choppy layers at THE ENDS to make them look nice. The result was 2 years of wasted growth because she took the layers all the way up to my shoulders, well above where they should have stopped. Everything below that layer is now unusable. Nicole was wonderful! She did a great job on my hair and beard. Very professional and friendly! Goes to show you… you don't need to go to a high dollar salon to get a great haircut. I’ll definitely be booking my next appointment with Nicole!
