I purchased the $19.99/five tan package in February 2024 through the app. No where on the app does it say “must use within 14 days”. It also doesn’t say it in the email confirmation or email receipt I received (which would be very simple to add). So, I went in today to use one of my tans, and they tell me I don’t have any tans. So, I look on the app (where I purchased the package) and scanned my email/receipt. Nope, nothing. The only place the 14-day use is mentioned is buried on their website. Kind of worthless if you don’t communicate it in all references to the package. Feel they should honor my purchase and fix their communications. After years and years...read full review
Oh my gosh! The district manager Amber is fabulous!! I went to the 72nd and Pacific location and they turned me down for a spray tan because it was too busy. I called this location and Amber was so attentive and nice and said please in (even though I would be there past closing). I really appreciated her customer service!!!
I love this chain of salons but I must say...I love this spray booth y'all have at this location. With the extra dry passes and heated booth it makes the difference. The tanning beds are exceptional as well. I'm disappointed I have to leave this area Monday...y'all really have fantastic equipment and a clean environment. Friendly service and clean beds...thank you for the great experience I've enjoyed it
