I couldn’t recommend Stone Creek Chiropractic enough. I have gone to a variety of chiropractors and I have always felt like it was a waste of my time. The drive was always longer than the visit. Dr. Nielsen makes the visit worth my 30 minute drive. On your initial visit, you have to fill out a patient intake form, and Dr. Nielsen ACTUALLY reads it and asks you about your answers. He then creates a personalized plan to help you with whatever you are coming to him for.
