Horrible communication! Needed to put my kid to sleep to fill a few cavities. Was told they would call me the Friday before. No one called. I called Monday and left a message. Called again Tuesday and all she said was they haven't received the doctors form and to be there at 1030. I repeated 10:30? And she said yes 10:30. She was the only person I talked to before the appointment. Appointment we had to reschedule because I was not informed the rules for anesthesia. When I mentioned no one told me that they went back and talked to the anesthesiologist who claimed that he spoke with me the night before and went through everything. I did not speak to any man in this office. I told them that never happened and that I had to call twice to speak with someone in regards to this appointment and when someone did call me back they called my work phone. The front desk said "I believe that's the only number we have for u. I've been calling and texting it." They read off a number, my cell phone (never received any text) read off a second number, my work. So we had to reschedule to FEBRUARY! Get to work that evening and have two voicemails. One from the anesthesiologist with his name and number. That's it, nothing else. We never talked the night before, because he called my work number and I didn't get the message until the next day. Him claiming he went through everything the night before is a straight bs lie. And the other voice mail said "check in was at 820 and it's now 830, just wondering where u were." I repeated 10:30 when we spoke and she said yes 10:30. and the reminder email says 9:30.... I'm don't know what the real appointment time was suppose to be anyways.... I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Staff is super friendly and understanding. Receptionist is top notch! When my child needed a little work done the dentist was quick and made him comfortable.
