Our chimney box had become wet and the siding spongy, and the woodpecker who
discovered it was waking us up every day at 6 am. We contacted three
companies who said online they did those repairs. After contacting Scott's
Painting and Staining, crew chief Manuel was out the next day. He gave us a
thorough and fair estimate, and pointed out a few other boards of siding
that also needed repair. They began work the following week, the hottest
week of June, and did we pick the right company. His crew was thorough and
