She was professional, charismatic, through, and kind.

I’ve been here twice and very happy with it each time. I’m used to taking a few haircuts for a new barber to get it right, but Tess hit it off the bat from the start. The atmosphere is nice without being overdone and the bar is a good idea well-executed.
