Schrock's is the very best at computer repair. Dawson fixed my laptop and made it run like a top. Their Virus/Spam/Maintenance protection is fabulous and it works without me having to do anything. Dawson was very good at explaining what was done and how to keep my lap top running well. He patiently spent 30 minutes answering my questions.

I went to the Shrock Innovations location at South Village Pointe for service on my old tower. The technician (don't remember his name as it was almost 2 years ago) found the problem quickly. He explained everything in common language and told me the root of the problem. Sadly, it was a component problem that required far too much work to be fixed. I purchased a computer later to replace this tower. The service given to me was honest and knowledgeable, and I felt good about the experience. I also learned the value of getting a modular system instead of getting a box of parts that cannot be updated from one of the giant computer manufacturers.

Didn’t realize till my part came in but I was missing a little screw to hold M.2 in place and was going to order one online and have to wait a few days for a tiny little screw but found you guys and had them in stock and let me come get the one I needed to finish my project.
