I stopped by without appointment. Problem with my computer I bought there. Desk agent said they were busy and I'd have to leave it. But, though they were busy, he still took a few minutes to check out my problem. He offered a solution (which turned out to be mearly an update issue) and suggested that if this doesn't fix it I'll need to leave it for check-up. It worked! So glad the desk agent took the time for me. Thanks!
Kyle was very, very helpful through the Schrock Desk taking me back into my MS 365 programs. LibreOffice was great but I needed to go back to what I knew best. Kyle helped me make the seamless transition back, and did it quickly!
