-customer service was kind enough to offered retakes via email at 5:40pm Fri but with retakes being Monday, unfortunately I did not see the email until it was too late. It sounds like they may offer class photos next time. Maybe we can try again next year.

School chose to use them this year as a new photographer....
Pros: -photos came fairly quickly
-choosing background color is fun
Cons: -We only received 2 of 4 order forms so had to be done with help of admin last minute so likely was why one child had a different background color than the other 3

I am so grateful for Ms. Janet’s exceptional customer service. I was so nervous about missing out on the opportunity to get photos from a previous season for my daughter- And more importantly, not having enough time to be able to fit the purchase in my budget. I was met with the grace, courtesy, and service with a smile! Within minutes, I was able to get access to all of my daughters, current seasons, photos, and previous photos That I could order at my convenience. You can’t put a price tag on memories nor exceptional service. Thank you so much for the service you provided today. I feel lucky that you answered my call.

No individual photos offered. Because of that we do not order every year. We don't need so many pictures. Kinda out dated on how the orders can be placed. If there was another option we'd take it.
