Scholastic Photography provides school photos with excellent results. The team is truly wonderful, offering stellar and exceptional customer service. Staff are kind, courteous, very detailed, and provide service with a smile, welcoming families with open arms. They are noted for their grace and for quickly assessing and resolving issues. This consistent care and strong customer service relationship make many families incredibly happy, leading them to continue using the service for years. However, some feedback notes that no individual photos are offered, which means some customers do not order every year. The process for how orders can be placed is also viewed by some as kinda outdated. These customers indicate that if there was another option they would take it.
Jeanette and the team are truly wonderful. We’ve had the opportunity for school photos with them over the past 3 school years. This year we decided to homeschool & reached out to them to see if they could still do school photos. They welcomed us with open arms and gave us the same care as they have in previous years. We’ll continue to use them for years to come as we’re incredibly happy with the customer service relationship and the excellent photo results.
Meg's customer service is stellar! She is kind, courteous, and very detailed. Our kiddo had his school picture taken and he wasn't looking at the camera. I called and spoke to Meg about potentially getting him on their retake list. She added a note and informed me how to alert our school. The retake looked amazing! When I called again to sort out our digital download, Meg was there again to help. She very quickly assessed the issue and got me exactly what needed. Thank you Meg for making our school year!
I am so grateful for Ms. Janet’s exceptional customer service. I was so nervous about missing out on the opportunity to get photos from a previous season for my daughter- And more importantly, not having enough time to be able to fit the purchase in my budget. I was met with the grace, courtesy, and service with a smile! Within minutes, I was able to get access to all of my daughters, current seasons, photos, and previous photos That I could order at my convenience.
