A nightmare of standing water and what ended up being tree roots blocking the main drain has led to the best business experience that you can possibly get! 1st, Mason was so professional and patient with coordinating between the landlord and me and then he got the drain opened up without making me feel any more overwhelmed than I was. Im a single mother and had a massive sewage issue. My basement flooded multiple times, I was so scared as I dont have much money! I called rooto rooter, they came out the next day each man I met was so kind and helpful and worked so hard to get the clog out and did all the behind work to get my home owner's insurance to cover !
