We just finished up a build with Relax Pools and can’t say enough how much of a pleasure it was to work with them. Everything went so smooth. From consulting on the initial bid with the owner himself (Andrew) to him answering all of our questions in the off-season before we had “dig day” planned. Andrew was phenomenal. Then we met Micah, the Build Manager. Consult with him & Andrew, told our dig was a few weeks away. Imagine our surprise when the heavy equipment arrived only a week later and we were off to the races. Then we got the pleasure of meeting our build crew (shoutout to Nick, Brandon & Logan). They were beyond fantastic and answered all of this nervous lady’s crazy questions. Micah responded to anything we had too. Constant communication and daily update logs, we always knew what was happening and when. When rain delayed things (gotta love NE spring weather) they still kept us informed. They came in ON TIME and ON BUDGET. And our dream pool has received many compliments. We get asked frequently who did our pool. And always willing to shout…RELAX!
