I never had a manicure and didnt know what to expect walking in. I am usually intimated by new experiences but wanted to get out of my comfort zone. I told them I wanted the simple manicure,,After picking out my color - ( I felt a bit rushed , but I am sure the staff member probably wouldn't of minded if I took a bit more time, I think it was just my mind set) . N real talking. between us which is fine , I am not a small talk kind of person. He did a good job at snipping at the cuticles and evening out the jagged nails. It did "hurt a little" but nothing that someone cant handle, again I never got them done before so wasn't sure if that was just part of it. The hand massage felt good. It was a little odd, but understandable that he had me pay before the paint. I am guessing many have walked out on them without paying. I think it also speeds up the progress. The color I picked out was a bit brighter than the container- not their fault- rather typical for the nail brand. I really liked how it looked though. The painting went rather quickly and then he had me sit with my hand under the dryer. I wasnt sure how long to sit.. kind of wish he would of told me, but when I turned around he was already working with someone else. i sat until I thought they were dry and awkwardly walked out. They do let you pick a gift if you pay by cash which can vary from nail polish to face mask,, etc. I didnt go through the basket as I paid by card. I would go back again.

I had a fabulous experience at this salon. I had my nails done, while my husband did our grocery shopping. Nancy was my nail technician and she was amazing. She was friendly amd competent. The salon prices are very reasonable as well. The Pedicure bowls have disposable liners, which is a must for me when considering a nail salon to prevent cross contamination between customers. I am from out of town, but would definitely choose this salon again.

Ladies were very nice!!! Next time I will have my 8 year old daughter & granddaughter get a regular manicure. We all had the shellac manis, it was $90 for the 3 of us. I may try the dip next time for me too.
