My representative (Carrie Westbrook) absolutely did NOT want to take any phone calls. I had to call her for my appointment interview and I had to go into the office in person each time I had a question because she would not call me back or respond to my emails. I applied for a specific job at GXO and then when I got there is was something totally different that I could not do. After I told her about it she said she would speak to them and get back to me. She never got back to me so when I went to the office in person she said the client could make us do whatever they wanted. Laid off hundreds of employees with less than 12 hours of notice. Also lied about the reasoning for the layoffs . Absolutely unacceptable for any staffing agency. Would tread lightly if you seek employment through them.

very unpleased with this company they had me on a 3 month contract which ended up lasting 8 moths after being told by the operations manager that I would be rolling over into the company for the new year. Which clearly never happened also they are very poor with communication. And the lady Carrie that works there is very rude and unprofessional & has one of the worst attitudes I have ever worked with also a very disrespectful potty mouth. I was the recruiter there in the office. And ive seen them talk about the people they hire very badly.
