I rarely write reviews but the guy that helped with my computer (Will) was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable. A total professional that took pride in his work. He took the time to explain the procedures he were going to employ and recommended different options to further improve my system. If you need help with computer issues this is definitely the place to go!

Very pleased!! I woke up to BitLocker activated on my HP laptop. A Google search was telling me there was a high chance I could lose access to all my data. I brought it in to John at the Omaha location. From the beginning, it was clear he was highly competent with these situations. After a few days, John called to let me know he unlocked it. Could not be happier!!For the meaningful work they do, the cost for their service is extremely reasonable. I cannot express my gratitude enough!!Appreciate all you do!!!

I bought an SSD for my gaming computer at Best Buy & it did not come with the small screw to install it into my motherboard. After letting Best Buy know they told me I was pretty much SOL because they don't carry the hardware. I went down the line of stores on Apple maps and kept getting the SOL conclusion of having to order the small screw online UNTIL I reached these guys. I let the guy on the phone know the situation and he transfered me to Chris and then Chris told me they would be able to help me. I B lined it to their store which was very easy to find and walking in Marcus greeted promptly and helped with selecting the proper screw and letting me know that motherboard...read full review
