I rarely write reviews but the guy that helped with my computer (Will) was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable. A total professional that took pride in his work. He took the time to explain the procedures he were going to employ and recommended different options to further improve my system. If you need help with computer issues this is definitely the place to go!
Very pleased!! I woke up to BitLocker activated on my HP laptop. A Google search was telling me there was a high chance I could lose access to all my data. I brought it in to John at the Omaha location. From the beginning, it was clear he was highly competent with these situations. After a few days, John called to let me know he unlocked it.
