Pyramid is a first-rate company that does great work and is responsive to your needs. I had a major amount of work done to include roofing, gutters and windows. All was done professionally. From Matt, the owner, to Jaymie, who handles appointments, to Cody, who was our project manager, to Oscar, whose crew handled the windows, and to Matt, who did some follow-up inspections, all was accomplished to my satisfaction.

We always knew exactly what was happening and the following through was exceptional. The crew was fast and efficient without sacrificing quality - the work looks fantastic. When our insurance company initially claimed the damage didn’t meet the deductible, Cody didn’t hesitate to step in and advocate for us. He coordinated directly with the adjuster and even met him at our home to walk through the damage, ensuring everything was properly recognized.
