With amazing, supportive staff and a curriculum not only based in skill acquisition, but in learning life skills and self control, you couldn't ask for anything more from a MMA studio. My son goes here, loves going twice a week, and even actively participates in challenges such as watching no YouTube for a month (something that if I had recommended would NEVER have happened ?). I go to the adult classes as well and truly enjoy the challenge it brings as well as the practical self defense techniques that will help keep my son and I safe. The wonderful staff are truly what makes this studio like no other and I highly recommend.

Our son has grown so much in almost a full first year of martial arts. He loves his class and the skills he's learning. He has learned self-regulation and focus and those abilities are carrying over to school and home. He recently was named student of the month at his elementary school when we had a history of principal visits in the past. He loves going to class and the encouragement he gets from his instructors and is so proud with each hard earned belt. My son loves his class and like a parent I see a big difference in his behavior, no just in the house and but a change at the school too.More respectful and following instructions of the adults. I highly recommend this class and special the instructors of this location.????
