Pratt has been great and Owen, who has come out for a couple of our appointments and has been professional and courteous. I first contacted Pratt about a year and a half ago to treat some insects that were hanging out in our mulch. When I called I had the opportunity to speak to one of the co-owners, Jeff. He was so kind and listened to all of my concerns. What was the most striking to me was that he said that he appreciated my business whether I would be a returning customer or not and was just happy to help. I have been a returning customer since then and have been pleased with every single time they have come out to treat our house, since.
