Corey was fantastic. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. His recommendations were practical and, most importantly, I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. He was focused on helping, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend Corey and Pratt Pest Control!
I had called Pratt as I had some winged ants in my basement. Pratt was able to come out the same day, identify I had 'swarmer ants' and completed a spray that day. Jeff was very knowledgeable and knew what to do! There are alot of pest control companies out there and I'm glad the first one I contacted was Pratt!
This is the second time I’ve used this service. The owner came out. Walked our property with me because I thought I had seen some mole/vole activity. No activity was observed and we discussed a prevention plan we found to be effective and reasonably priced. Will continue to consult with this company. Excellent honest customer service.
