I had bad experiences with rescheduling. I had made an appointment, took the day off work as a new job, and drove 50 miles one way only to get there and have the owner tell me that something came up, which was a family emergency, and I was OK with that. Paula is wonderful! Very Clean and professional. I have had permanent cosmetics in past and it was so painful I thought I would never have it done again. After speaking with Paula she explained that she uses a newer instrument that is much more comfortable. Not only was it not painful , I loved the look.
I am very happy.
