I first reached out to Karen Anne when I was having a hair emergency. She was so kind and accommodating and managed to squeeze me in her busy schedule on short notice. She listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I needed. She explained the "hair science", and offered solutions. You can tell by that conversation and how she explained her process how talented this person is, how passionate she is about her job, and how much she cares about making her clients happy. I was thrilled with the results. I continue to go to Karen Anne since that emergency and my hair keeps improving with every visit. I always walk out of her salon feeling confident and beautiful.
