I've struggled with fibromyalgia and a variety of other chronic health issues for which it's been difficult to find any sort of treatment that really helps. Palmer has been a life saver, consistently the one part of my health plan that helps the most. I do deep tissue with Lora about once a month. Truly can't speak highly enough of this place and how intelligent they are about what they're doing- Lora doesn't just do a relaxing massage, she really identifies and tackles the root cause of pains.

My husband and I were visiting Omaha and decided to try and schedule massages. Based on reviews we reached out to Palmer Massage Therapy. From scheduling to the massage - Belinda and Lora made it seamless. And...one of the best massages we have had! I’ve been on the search for more of a massage focused on fixing problem areas on my active body. Seems more often than not, a massage therapist is there to relax you rather than fix you. This was not the case with Belinda at Palmer Massage! She understands how the body functions and moves, she targeted areas that definitely needed some help, in doing so, improved my mobility and overall feeling of my body. I have definitely found my massage lady! Thank you so much Belinda, I’m looking forward to my next appointment!
