Was a loyal customer for 20 years and I really liked my dentist. However, I had to cancel a long standing appointment for cleaning the day of the appointment due to sudden illness. I figured I could reschedule within a month or two or three and the receptionist told me it would be a year from now before I could get in. So I found another dentist who could see me within a week and have changed to them. If you are so busy you can’t see a 20 year loyal patient for a whole year, you no longer need my business. Plus I don’t like being treated like a 2 year old by a receptionist who has to show me who’s boss.
My son's filling chipped and broke. Our regular dentist was out for the holiday weekend. They referred us to Dr. Franco. Thankfully, Dr. Franco had an immediate opening and was able to fix my son's filling before the long holiday weekend. I am so very thankful for their office getting him in asap. It was quick and painless. The front desk lady and staff were super nice. I would highly recommend this business. Thank you!!
