OneWorld Teen & Young Adult Health Center - West Omaha

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS… this place is a joke they don’t help you they just give you the run around. Unless you got time for games this is not the place for anyone. I am on an important medication that they want me to be seen for monthly in order to refil. However I work two jobs and started going back to school this year so my schedule is tight. I call to reschedule my appointment they don’t have anything available until a month later which is fine but you think they would refill the prescription still NO. If it was not a medication I needed fine no problem but it’s not that simple. My schedule is not important to them and neither will yours I guarantee it. Now I have the inconvenience of going all the way out to Bellevue for an appointment because that’s the only place they could schedule me in to be seen to get a refill for the medication I NEED. So now I have to call in late for one of my jobs and take a hit on my attendance record at work just to get a medication I NEED. It should not be this complicated to have your medical needs met. Not to mention I’ve been trying to get a call back from them since Friday in regards to this 5 phone calls and 6 days later this is the outcome RIDICULOUS.

I went to the dentist earlier today. I had to pay out of pocket but the price was not too bad, $260 altogether. One of my teeth got infected and had to be pulled.The dentist was fast, professional, and kind. Her assistant was all of the same. They explained the procedure clearly and it was mostly painless. This was perhaps 9 hours ago and I'm already feeling better.

The very worst place anyone can go to.. very poor professional services there.. Don't go, better off at your favorite vet clinic...
