I was very excited, but also nervous about getting lasik. Mandy Seminara and Dr JoAnna Liu were with me every step of the way. Both of them went above and beyond to help me feel informed, comfortable, and confident about my upcoming lasik procedure. They even squeezed me in for an additional appointment the day before the procedure to ease my worries. Mandy filled me in on all of the post op care and what to look out for as well to ensure I was prepared. On the day of the procedure, Dr Jessica Liu greeted me with a smile/excitement as well as ensured I was confident and informed. She did a great job and provided positive feedback over the course of my procedure. Following my procedure and check-up, Mandy went out of her to reach out to me to ensure everything was going well and that I didn’t have any additional questions. I am SO happy with my overall experience!
