Omaha Children's Clinic PC is a smaller clinic that meets and exceeds high standards. The providers care deeply for kids and the family's overall wellbeing, focusing on full wellbeing beyond medical visits. They are described as amazing, passionate, knowledgeable, warm, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, taking time with patients. Parents feel comfortable, valued, and cared for, with complete confidence in the highest level of care. The after-hours nurses line is helpful and prompt. Both children and first-time parents have had great experiences, finding the clinic to be a godsend and the best decision.
We switched from Methodist this year and I was worried about a smaller clinic's capacity and accessibility. But after 8 months of being here, I have no complaints. These providers care so deeply for my kids and my overall family's wellbeing. Nicholle and Rachel are the most passionate women, they are so knowledgeable and cover information beyond medical visits as they focus on full wellbeing of the child. With 2 small kids, we've needed them after hours and their nurses line has always been helpful and prompt.
I'm the first to admit I have high standards for things relevant to my kids and Omaha Children's Clinic meets and exceeds them.
Dr. Rachel is truly a godsend. We transferred to her early on after a disappointing experience with another pediatrician, and it was the best decision we could’ve made. From day one, Dr. Rachel has consistently gone above and beyond our expectations. She is warm, compassionate, and incredibly reassuring—qualities that mean the world to us as first-time parents. Our daughter absolutely adores her, and I have complete confidence that she is receiving the highest level of care. We’re so grateful to have found her.
Such a great first time experience at OCC! Staff was so friendly and helpful and truly took time with us and the kids. Nicole talked through every concern and made us feel so valued and cared for!
