I scheduled an appointment and was served immediately. It felt sanitary and work came out exactly how I wanted. I wanted cuticle work too but it wasn’t offered and so I didn’t bother to ask. There was no hand/lotion massage offered either, so minimal spa experience

Walked in with my daughter and sister and we were seated right away and got pedicures. Everything looks great. They paid special attention to one of my toes that was hurting after my last pedicure. And Bill gove really great foot massages!

I love the work they do, but just know they let you make an appointment but it doesn't mean anything to them - they'll always take walk-ins to fill your spot right before your scheduled time. Im currently 40 mins over my scheduled time and they still let another walk-in go before me simply because she got here "first". When I asked about it, they were fairly rude and told me it is what it is. Story short - everyone is a walk-in no matter what and loyalty as a customer is not rewarded.
