On a Sunday morning, I went to my basement and found water . Called Mr. Rooter because they do emergency repairs. Technician scheduled showed up early. After assessing the situation, he told me what he thought was wrong and what he would do. He also told me of the possibility of several different outcomes and what to expect with each. He then proceeded and it was the easiest to fix problem. He cleaned up and was actually gone prior to the original arrival time. Izzy was his name and he was very informative.
Mr Rooter is AWESOME! We have used them a couple times and they're always quick to come out, show up as scheduled, super friendly, reasonably priced, and do a fantastic job!
Izzy is especially good at explaining things. Start to finish, a great and HONEST operation.
If you are looking for honest hard working company and employees I would recommend Mr Rooter! They worked on some of the hottest days if the summer to ensure our Sewer line was replaced for us in time as we had to be off work for this huge project! I will definitely be using them for all future projects or issues I have with my pluming system -
