Both my 2019 and 2020 tax filings with all the documentation I sent her have not been filed witht he IRS... IRS has no record of filings after I have paid for the tax services.... work never completed...I have send a CERTIFIED MAIL leter requesting copies of the work she has done for me for the past 7 or 8 years...... and the CERTIFIED Letter sitting and waiting to be picked up in OMAHA post office....Your item arrived at the OMAHA, NE 68137 post office at 6:21 pm on November 8, 2021 and is ready for pickup.Status "Available for Pickup" as of today November 09, 2021.

If I could leave 0 I would! DO NOT USE Michelle!I paid her to file my 2018 tax returns and change my business status to an Scorp she assured me it was all complete I paid for her services. Fast forward to 2021 the IRS has NEITHER. She had not responded for over 6 months after telling me she will send in receipts of submission. I was a NEW small buisness owner that really relied and trusted her! I'm very frustrated and disappointed! Do NOT make my mistakes DO not trust her!

Worst CPA experience ever. Terrible communication. Lied about providing services. Never completed work and didn't tell me she wasn't going to do it. Never answers phone or email after committing to the job. Do NOT use this company.
