Millard West has been my vet for nearly 20 years. Dr. Matt was very compassionate when we had to put my dog Xavier to sleep He was helpful when I called late about my other dog who had cancer and passed the next day after his long battle. He helped me work through geriatrics and finally end of life with my cat. He gave great care with my new puppies that came after that and another cat. He has supported me after I started my dog training business (FidelityK9).

Our sweet Dachshund, who had yet to turn two, began having stomach issues in early Dec. Dr Matt saw and treated him with kindness and got him on some antibiotics and other helpful meds. He improved for a couple of weeks but then went down hill right after Christmas. I was able to go pick up some more antibiotics after calling the main line to get him through the weekend until Dr Matt was back on Tuesday.
This, however, turned out to be the wrong move and by Sunday he was in bad shape as his infection had spiraled out of control (unknown to me).

I can not say enough good stuff about this place period. We have a Brittany that developed something that paralyzed him, and Doctor Scott knew what to do and treated it. It was something that otherwise we would have had to go down to Kansas and would have cost thousands of dollars. They absolutely treat all of our baby's like their own. Their staff is absolutely incredible. Always remember our babies when we bring them in. They have gone through so much with us with our different fur babies.
