Excellent experience. My husband had a custom wedding set created (design from the website, but due to the stone being a unique size, the pre-made setting wasn’t a possibility). Excellent communication through the entire process. A few options were presented once the stone was chosen and all inquiries were answered within minutes, a few hours tops. He worked with Heather and she’s great. American company and quality products at reasonable prices. Definitely recommend. We were hesitant to go this route, it’s a big purchase to make sight-unseen. It’s absolutely perfect and any anxiety of “worst case scenarios” were unfounded.
My journey to Mikado Diamonds started when my 3 row wedding band split in the back. I began searching, and I mean searching, for a replacement ring and happened to fall upon Mikado. There were other websites available & I did in fact check them all out however I kept being drawn back to Mikado. The reviews were stellar and now I know why. I contacted them via email, received an immediate response from Heather and after numerous calls, texts, and additional emails my ring was ordered! Excellent online options. The lightly tinted blue diamond I originally selected had not been available after we placed our order. Heather reached out and she helped us to find a perfect replacement. It took 4 weeks to get the ring put together. But after anxiously waiting, we are pleased with the results. Highly recommend Mikado Diamonds ❤️.
