Top notch owner and service. I’ve been using Midlands H&A for the last 6-7 years for service & maintenance, replacements, mini-splits, ductwork etc. They’ve done it all and treats me and my tenants with respect, gives multiple options for repair/replacement and doesn’t try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need. Approximately eight years ago, my AC unit was damaged during a hailstorm. At the time, the inspector stated the damage could simply be combed out. Wanting a second opinion, I reached out to Midlands Heating and Air, and they were able to prove that the unit had sustained damage beyond what was originally claimed.
Prior to the AC issue, they had already been to my home several times due to my furnace going out. Thanks to their honesty and expertise, I was able to replace both my AC unit and my furnace, as it was not recommended to install a new AC while relying on a furnace that was over 20 years old.
