Katie was so wonderful. She checked me in a shared in my delight when I shared good news and was truly caring. I was thoroughly Impressed by her. My phlebotomist was the most gentle and accurate I've had to date I cannot thank the staff and everyone there enough for making something a little scary into a comfortable experience!
Such an amazing hospital. Everyone is so caring, from the nurses, to the doctors, to the crew in the cafeteria. Thank you for making a tough time more bearable. Your care is amazing. .
Recently had a stay in the ICU due to a severe asthma attack. Everyone at Methodist was amazing! From the team who admitted me and got me stabilized to the teams that kept me controlled while I was monitored in the ICU; I truly am so blessed to have been in their care. The RN's/CNA's, Katie, Erin, A.J., Devan, Nia, and Gabrial were all so amazing and went above and beyond to keep me involved in my care. The respiratory team were all so nice and followed up with me on my progress without me feeling like a number on their checklist. They actually made it a point to remember certain points of information about me. The specialists I met were also amazing and put a POA into order that was easy to follow and as soon as I was discharged my PCM and I were able to discuss, plan and set goals. Special shout out to the kitchen staff for also going above and beyond with amazing food, fast service and always helping me with the confusing bed side trays! Thank you again to everyone at Methodist for helping me during one of the scariest moments I've endured.
